Very proud of myself today. Although I’m still ill and I feel like I have an anchor attached to my chest. Hopefully good things ahead. Out with the old, in with the new?

Not had a good few days tbh. Haven’t managed to get out of bed at all. Yesterday I was sick all day. Tired of being ill. And today has just been the worst. It seems such a shock tbh. I’m never going to be good enough. I firmly believe in loving and letting go. Not entirely what I had hoped for but let’s face it, its what I expected. Not a happy bunny. Off out. Forget about things. Gutted.
It’s been a pretty powerful eye opener.
I’ve seen pictures of before and after and her views on the way things are.
It’s just terrible. However, I’ve never known a nation work together as well as the Japanese have. It’s very inspiring and I absolutely can’t wait to get involved more.
